Right across from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and on the beach--everything at your finger tips. Beach shops, restaurants, water excursions, and more... no need for a car. This perfect 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. Updated kitchen with granite couner, shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
Great balcony with gulf and beach views! Open to the living and dining room nicely equipped for a vacation stay. and plenty of space with the open concept of the living and dining room. You will appreciate the balcony views of Johns Pass Village and partial gulf views. A relaxing, family friendly beach location. Grills on site, heated pool and of course, the beach is your backyard. This condo has the best of both right outside the front door. Condo is equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen necessities; washer/dryer in the unit. This gem is available for weekly or month long stays. (Sorry, no pets and no smoking) Longer term rentals welcome, an additional security deposit will be required.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

Great trip

We had a very nice stay. Great view, was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All went well with check-in and check-out. We would stay here again.

2nd stay❤

We love it here, view from 214 and 215 are beautiful! Location is great! Would like to see all door entry have keyless, the keys are a pain but appreciate the safety.
