PICTURE PERFECT! Fantasic views from all 3 balconies!!

This unique end unit condo has 3 balconies and windows in every room - each with a great view! Watch the sunrise and boat traffic on the intracoastal waterway while relaxing on the east balcony (off the Master Bdrm). Enjoy lunch or dinner on the spacious north balcony (off the kitchen). Admire the sunset over the Gulf while sipping a glass of wine on the west balcony (off the living rm).

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, breakfast bar, pantry, recessed lights and modern ceiling fan.

Master Bedroom has a King Bed, large closet, flat screen smart tv. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious stand up shower.

Guest Bedroom is spacious with 2 queen beds, large closet, and flat screen smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

Living room is nicely furnished with a sleeper/sofa, 2 recliner chairs, a flat screen smart TV, and an electric fireplace with heat -just in case you get chilly!

Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for your use.

Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. This was just the perfect place. Comfortable beds. Great location. Very clean. Could not have asked for anythjng more. Host was just wonderful all the way around! Everything is convenient. If you are debating on staying here don’t think another minute. It is home away from home!

Great family vacation

Overall we had a great stay. Had to replace some batteries because light controls and some tv remotes were dead but other than that, this location had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

Relaxing vacation

It was as me and my husbands first vacation as “empty nesters” and we had a great time together in this clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The condo has every amenity that you would need on vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet and great view from all three balconies. The owners were very nice and made communicating with them so easy. It was a pleasure that we even got to meet them and they brought us muffins from a nearby bakery. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo

The condo had lots of space for everyone to spread out. There were 3 balconies to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This is our 3rd year staying in one of their condos they are terrific.

We had a wonderful week. The condo was just as described and anything we hadn't thought to bring was provided. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. There was a bit of traffic noise from the street on the decks but the views from them were great!

Beachfront Bliss!

Our family of four had an excellent stay at this condo. We would recommend to others looking to visit the Indian Shores area. Linda and John, the owners, were great to work with and made certain we had everything we needed. Anything and everything you could think of for a day at the beach is provided, including chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, etc. Great views from the balconies, both the Gulf and Inner-Coastal. We would definitely stay here again!

This "Beach Cottage" condo is wonderful. It is in an excellent location that is quiet and free from crowds but very close to all area attractions. Beautiful beach and pool area. This property is very well maintained and the owners are very professional and helpful. The owners also supply EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the pool and beach while you enjoy your stay. We recommend this rental to anyone. We will definitely be back to this lovely rental in Indian Shores.

Fantastic Spring Break

Property was wonderful, all the amenities that we were looking for. The location was convenient to access several locations we planned on visiting in the area. We were impressed not only by the condo itself, but also the complex. Great and quiet place to stay. The owners were wonderful to work with, they even had fresh flowers waiting to greet us when we arrived. Nice touches that didn't go unnoticed. We are planning to come back!

From the day we booked our stay Linda was great with reaching out and very helpful! The condo was amazing!! Super clean and beautiful. The condo comes equipt with Everything needed for a fun family day at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, etc.. Great location, amazing views from all 3 balconies. Very secure location as well. My family will definitely back! We didn’t want to leave!!
