THIS HOME MUST BE RENTED FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE FULL MONTH. *Owner prefers 30 day bookings starting on the first day of the month* Local regulation prevents bookings of less than one full month.

Escape to paradise at Paradise Corner Beach House! This spacious home is just a short walk to the sugar white sands and sparkling waters of Clearwater Beach.
Nestled in the quaint north beach neighborhood, Sandy Corner is also an easy walk to restaurants, beach shops and Pier 60.

There is a community pool open during the summer months. For a small entry fee, enjoy sunny pool days at the Clearwater Beach Recreation Center!

The beach is quiet, scenic and clean, great for sunbathing, walking, running, quiet evening strolls and watching spectacular sunsets!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- You must be 25+ years of age to book any of our homes.
- The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
- eSignature on our rental agreement and a copy of your valid ID are required.
- No Smoking.
