His & Her robes for your enjoyment during your stay, plus the bonus of a washer & dryer free of charge in the unit. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen... Plus, the location cannot be beat! Just two blocks from Central Avenue and a short walk to the waterfront. You will have free on-street parking with a guest parking pass. Along with everything you can enjoy in Downtown, we are also in close proximity to the interstate with easy access to Sarasota & Tampa!

*Please note- Processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the case of cancelation.
- Do not engage in any illegal activities.
- Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.
- Please no shoes in the condo.
- Valid Driver's license or Passport is required to gain access.
- Exterior security cameras are for management purposes only.
- Animals are not allowed at this property for any reason.
- Please refrain from frying fish or cooking other pungent foods during your stay.
- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $300 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Failure to return the parking pass or property keys will result in extra charges ($100 for the pass) ($35 for the keys)
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

A “Must Stay” when visiting St Pete!

Perfectly located just a few blocks from downtown Saint Pete, I found this studio apartment clean, cozy, spacious and a perfect place to relax and call home during my stay. I hope it’s available the next time I visit!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Sharons apartment. St Petersburg center is close by. You do all foot. Being in a city means there is more noise. One night nearby was a party that caused more noise at night. Further nights it was quite enough. Check in and check out was easy. Parking permit is included, which is very convenient.
