Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.
Property Guidelines:
Lobby Hours are Sunday through Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday and Saturday 9am-9pm.
If an issue arrives in your unit please reach out to who you booked with.
Please throw all trash away in the trash chute located right of the Elevator.
Pool Hours are 9am-8pm.
Pool towels are located at the front desk.
No Glass is permitted in or around the pool deck.
No Personal Stereo equipment is permitted at or around pool deck.
No smoking is permitted at or around the pool deck.
Guests found to be in the pool after hours will result in eviction without refund and charged with trespassing.
All guest are required to observe and respect "Quiet Time" 10:00 pm-9:00 am.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adult at all times.
This is a vacation resort community. Please be respectful to the resort's rules.
Rinse off sand before entering the condo - including beach toys, wagons, chairs, etc.
The outside shower is located by the pool. Multiple hoses around the complex.
Do not hang any towels outside of the condo. Do not sit on furniture with wet towels or wet bathing suits.
Ice machine is downstairs behind the elevator.
Please do not exchange used towels from other cleaners in this complex. This is a privately owned condo and cleaned independently. Only self-starter supplies are provided. Additional charges will apply for any damaged or missing towels/linens.
Beach equipment in closet - IF AVAILABLE, not guaranteed due to these items often being broken or not returned. Community bin of beach equipment is downstairs behind the elevator. Rentals available on the beach.
Extra pillows in closet & blankets in basket in living room.
Washer and dryer available in condo. We kindly request if washing the provided towels and sheets, that they are not mixed with personal items. Wash before drying. Please clean lint filter after each use.
Do not set AC below 70 degrees, to avoid freezing up. Keeping curtains/blinds closed as much as possible will keep rooms cooler. Please keep sliding doors closed when AC is on.
Fire extinguisher located outside condo on building wall near elevator, should there be a fire emergency.
Door Code: Provided per guest reservation
Check-Out Instructions:
-Close and lock sliding doors & windows.
-Remove all trash/food/drinks/excessive sand.

Please note, Wi-Fi is provided by the complex. If not working, it is beyond our control and may not be available.
PARKING PASS REMINDER: There is ONE parking spot allotted for #302 (outside near lobby). Parking pass will be given to you by Host/Property Manager. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are responsibility of the vehicle owner/renter. Please leave the parking pass on the inside of your car’s windshield at all time. There are two unassigned parallel spots in front of the lobby on a first come basis. Contact Host/Property Manager for additional parking guidance (some free street parking behind the condo at Sunset Vistas: 12000 Gulf Blvd).
