Big Sky Motel
10/10 Excellent
"This is a very nice motel in a small MT town with limited services. We stayed one week, there to help local family members. Hotel staff: awesome, friendly and helpful! We found the hotel spotlessly clean, beds and bedding were new and very comfortable. And, thank goodness-- updated and no carpets in the rooms! Rooms were very quiet at night despite being on the street. Well, no traffic on that street at night, so.... The rooms had new "splits", not the old, noisy window AC's that sound like freight trains. We didn't need AC In Oct, but did have the heat on a couple mornings. There was good, and hot, coffee by 7 AM with a few breakfast bars, etc. VERY limited, but we knew that and brought some of our own things like yogurt, nuts and fruit from the local store, Darlow's. It's about a 2 min walk and there are fridges in the room. We even picked up our own Half&Half as the choices at the hotel were flavored/sweetened artificial creamers. They're planning some improvements in future. There are breakfast restaurants in town including Durango's across the street, but they opened too late for us each morning as we had early morning tasks. We may be up again in future and would definitely stay here again."

The Brooks Hotel

"The Brooks hotel is in an old historic building but the rooms were beautiful. We were on the 3 floor the room was turned into a suite. Once we figured out the ac/heater it was perfect. The town is walkable. The was a great restaurant down the block"
Rimrock Lodge

"The cabin was clean and the beds and pillows were great. Having a bar and restaurant a 3 minute walk was very handy. There are lots of forest roads to explore also. Food was great and service was very friendly. Heads up for the cabins...limited silverware, coffee cups, coffee pot and plates is all that was there so bring your own knives, cookware, and can opener. I had a bbq and blackstone so didnt affect my stay. Ill stay here again for sure."
