Awful

The owner never sent check-in instructions, never responded to messages or phone calls from either me or VRBO customer service. They ended up refunding us our money, which I’m grateful for. It was very difficult the find a new place to stay at 7pm the night of. I’d advised against booking this apartment so you don’t have the same stressful evening that my family did.
