95m2 holiday home in a secure residence with swimming pool (a private pool and a shared pool). You will find there 1 parental bedroom and a bedroom with 2 beds of 140 for a real comfort for the children or a second couple. A third bedroom with bathroom and toilet will be built for the year 2020. The whole house is air conditioned. The house is in the center of Saint Rémy de Provence (5 minutes walk from the historic city center) with 2 private parking spaces. You can enjoy 2 swimming pools (Large swimming pool of the residence and a small private swimming pool (2.50 x 2 meters). The house is equipped with television, music thanks to the SONOS system, a Nespresso machine, an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a food processor, an induction hob (4) , a freezer and a barbecue. The owners also have another gite for vacation rental, "Cadre privileged view Alpilles" with many very positive opinions.
