"Loved staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel. From the minute we pulled up the staff made sure everything was catered for - with smiles on their faces. Every single staff member we encountered added to our experience. We had a massage in the spa which was excellent - the massage itself, the environment, the attention to detail - all perfect. The hotel has wonderful views of St Aubins Bay & Elizabeth Castle - sitting on The Terrace for a drink whilst the sun went down was a fave daily activity. 3 mins walk is a bus stop that took us door to door to everywhere we visited. We had a very relaxing & pampered week thanks to the team at the Grand :)"
