  • Welcome to 1112 Ocean Blvd. a darling, pet friendly, historic cottage within walking distance to shops & restaurants. This classic cottage is well appointed with one large bedroom, two bathrooms and hardwood flooring throughout. Relax in the living room and experience the wood burring fireplace while your group chef enjoys the upscale kitchen space with new appliances. Enjoy the sea breezes on the front patio space while dining alfresco or walk to a local restaurant to include The Crab Trap or The King and Prince.

    Oh, and don't forget the fur babies! 1112 Ocean loves house trained, well mannered K9s under 35 pounds. Your fur baby will enjoy the safety of the fully fenced rear yard, but sorry, no felines allowed.

    Enjoy Hulu Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable.

    Dogs under 35 pounds permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for up to two dogs.

We loved this location and the walkability to town, the beach and restaurants/coffee shops! The main shower had awesome water pressure and hot water. The fenced in back yard was nice for quick dog rest breaks in between long walks. The covered screened in porch was great during rain and just to hang out. Everything was great. No complaints at all.

Easy, quick walk to beach. Fenced yard for pups. Lovely screened porch.

Walking distance to beach and seafood

Great location. Woke up early and ran the back with my dog. Beach is two blocks away. Crab shack is 3-4 blocks away. Loved it.

This property is a great location and pet friendly with the fenced yard. However, there is truck noise from Ocean Blvd and while we were there, the property across the street was under construction with early morning material deliveries and all day construction activity. The pictures for this property are not recent as the property has more wear and tear than pictured. Specifically there are cracked tiles in the master bath and caulking needs to be replaced in the bath and kitchen. The porch has rusted decor and the back door from the kitchen was difficult to lock. The kitchen had all the necessities. The management quickly replaced a defective toaster. The mattress has a topper that was comfortable with my own bedding. We made the one bedroom work with two work-at-home jobs, but decided to book a bigger place nearby to return to St. Simon’s next year.
