HIGH TIDE Ocean Front Beach Cottage, Best Views on St Simons Island! Pier Area!

Welcome home to High Tide A! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.

High Tide A has all BRAND NEW PELLA doors & Windows. We keep the unit very well stocked and well maintained. New Bedroom furniture May of 2024. Updated Master Bath. Fully remodeled kitchen Early 2025. The views of the beach & sunset are some of the best you will find on SSI! Photos do not do it Justice!

High Tide A has 2 floors with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. It offers incredible Ocean Views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located right on the beach. It has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten-minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

The main floor of High Tide A has a full kitchen, 6 person dining area, a wonderful living room that opens to a really cool porch which leads down to the beautiful lawn and the beach. There is one bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The second floor has the large Master Bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the Ocean and its own private bathroom as well as an expansive closet. Also located on the second floor is the second guest bedroom and bathroom as well as the laundry room.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat-screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

High Tide is a beautiful Ocean Front Cottage on the beach that has 3 separate units each with its own entrance, living areas and porches. While High Tide A is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit B & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations, and gatherings.

Parking: Unit A includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking are available.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

We recommend our guests purchasing travel insurance.

The Vacation Rental was spot on with the pictures on-line, but the views were even more beautiful in person. We had a wonderful vacation and the area was close to everything that you could walk to or take a golf cart. This was our first time st St. Simon’s Island and loved it. This rental we would stay at again in future.

Reunion at the beach

Even though Hurricane Helene took out power throughout the island the condo was amazing and perfect for our reunion. It’s spacious and super clean. I’ll be back.

Wonderful SSI location

Location was perfect. Easy access to beach over the breakwall. Short 10 min. walk to the pier/village shops. House was as advertised and very soundproof. Nearby golf. Many restaurants with takeout. Highly recommend.

Great location great place

Such a perfect place to sit and enjoy the beach. The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to watch the sunrise and the sunset all from the comfort of our balcony. Cameron was easy to communicate with and very prompt. Check in and out was simple. Can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at High Tide! The view was beautiful as well as the condo! Each bedroom had its own balcony, the master having a view of the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen! Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! We intend on making it a family tradition to stay here every year for the 4th! Ryan was great at responding to any questions we had in a timely manner. Can't wait for next year!

1st Time at SSI

This was our first time visiting SSI. The location of this property was excellent . Only a short walk to the pier for the shops and restaurants. The best feature on the beach . Easy to get settled and enjoy the sun and sand . The property was large enough to be together but not feel crowded. Everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom . Well appointed kitchen and laundry .

Listen to the ocean!

Wonderful property located right on the ocean, so you can hear the surf when you sleep. Great views of sunrises and sunsets. Separate king rooms allows to two couples to easily utilize the property without bumping into each other. Front upstairs master is amazing. The downstairs master is small and doesn't have a view. Well appointed kitchen and useful appliances. Close to everything!
