HIGH TIDE Ocean Front Beach Cottage, Best Views on St Simons Island! Pier Area!

Welcome home to High Tide A! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.

High Tide A has all BRAND NEW PELLA doors & Windows. We keep the unit very well stocked and well maintained. New Bedroom furniture May of 2024. Updated Master Bath. Fully remodeled kitchen Early 2025. The views of the beach & sunset are some of the best you will find on SSI! Photos do not do it Justice!

High Tide A has 2 floors with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. It offers incredible Ocean Views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located right on the beach. It has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten-minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

The main floor of High Tide A has a full kitchen, 6 person dining area, a wonderful living room that opens to a really cool porch which leads down to the beautiful lawn and the beach. There is one bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The second floor has the large Master Bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the Ocean and its own private bathroom as well as an expansive closet. Also located on the second floor is the second guest bedroom and bathroom as well as the laundry room.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat-screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

High Tide is a beautiful Ocean Front Cottage on the beach that has 3 separate units each with its own entrance, living areas and porches. While High Tide A is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit B & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations, and gatherings.

Parking: Unit A includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking are available.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

We recommend our guests purchasing travel insurance.

We loved our stay at High Tide. It is the perfect location for walkability to the Pier Village and numerous shops and restaurants. The view was outstanding and we felt that we were on the beach just by sitting out on the oceanfront balconies. HIgh Tide has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well kept and the unit is very nice and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner/manager was readily accessible. We will definitely be going back to High Tide next year.

Outstanding Place and Owner!

This place really does deserve the solid 10/10 rating it has on the reviews! My wife and I had an amazing time and the proximity to the beach is unmatched. Reunion at the beach

Even though Hurricane Helene took out power throughout the island the condo was amazing and perfect for our reunion. It’s spacious and super clean. I’ll be back.

Perfect Beach House

Loved staying at this well styled beach home. Very clean. Nice views of the ocean. Close enough to walk to Main Street to shop and eat. Ryan was a very attentive manager. Definitely would return again.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at High Tide! The view was beautiful as well as the condo! Each bedroom had its own balcony, the master having a view of the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen! Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! We intend on making it a family tradition to stay here every year for the 4th! Ryan was great at responding to any questions we had in a timely manner. Can't wait for next year!

St Simons Beachfront Escape!

We loved our stay at High Tide. It has breathtaking views and great outdoor areas to enjoy when you need a beach break! It had ample space for our family of four and having all en suite baths was a great perk. Well outfitted kitchen. The rocks to get to the beach were a little tricky, but our 5 and 7 year olds mastered them quickly and neighboring paths were much easier if it were really an issue. We loved being able to walk to Pier Village and enjoy the ocean view our entire trip.

Perfect Getaway

I have been coming to the island for 40 years and always enjoy it. This time was no exception. I love this condo/house. It is perfect and the property custodian made it even better by being what all property managers should strive to be! The place is clean, well stocked with everything you would expect plus some extras. I will be booking again!

Our Time at High Tide

Wonderful unit and a great location. Nicely appointed and clean. An easy walk to the town area, lighthouse museum and visitor center. We spent many hours on the porches overlooking the ocean and on the beach itself. Access to the beach from unit was a bit tricky but there were two public access points a block or less away. We would definitely stay at High Tide again.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This property is perfect! It is right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. Walking into town was an easy quick walk. The property was very clean and looked recently updated. The comfort of the beds resulted in a good night’s sleep. Ryan was readily accessible and responded to any question we had very promptly. We would definitely stay at High Tide again!!!

Beautiful location
