Welcome to the Hamilton Cottage! This magnificent four-bedroom, four-bath vacation rental home is a cornerstone cottage in the award-winning Coast Cottages beachfront neighborhood. Located at the entrance to brick-paved Coast Cottage Ln, Hamilton Cottage has designer furnishings and all the comforts that any vacation property should have. Relax in 2,447 square feet of luxurious splendor located just a quick walk from Coast Cottages' fabulous pools, pavilion, and private boardwalk overlooking St. Simons' widest stretch of beach. Chat with friends while overlooking beautiful Coast Cottage Lane off the dining room balcony, or take in a view of the marsh and Land Trust preservation off the living room balcony.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property
You and your family will enjoy full privileges at Coast Cottages' beachfront pools, pavilion, and private beach access. The neighborhood sits front and center on St. Simons Island's magnificent Coast Guard beach, the widest stretch of sand on the island. This is a place where you can walk the beach during any tide!
The middle floor is the heart of the home featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living floor plan. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight, with a gas stovetop, stainless refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a deep double sink. New granite counters and plenty of cabinets grace this generously equipped kitchen. You'll love serving meals in the adjacent dining area at a handmade, reclaimed barn wood plantation table seating eight and four more at the granite breakfast bar. Sip coffee from the porch made from either the Keurig or the regular coffee maker. There's both a toaster and a commercial-grade waffle maker when you need them. If you enjoy grilling burgers and steaks outdoors, a tankless stainless gas grill, located on the ground level, is available for your exclusive use.
The spacious primary bedroom and ensuite bath with double vanity and glass shower are located on the top level. Enjoy the outdoors with your very own step-out balcony with views of protected marshland and the 1936 Historic Coast Guard Station. Also on this level is a beautifully appointed guest bedroom with a private bathroom.
There are two bedrooms and a small second den with a flatscreen television on the first level of Hamilton Cottage. One bedroom serves as a second primary bedroom with an en suite bath and the bunkroom (double over double) is perfect for children. The bunkroom also has a glassed-in sunroom for game time or reading. The attached full bath has a travertine tiled tub/shower.
