The Space:

This townhome is everything you could want for your visit to south SSI!



This beautifully appointed 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome on St. Simons Island just 3 miles to the beach. These are some of the newer homes available for vacation rentals on the island and one of the best parts is it has very easy access on/off the island. It's also walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and Red Fern village.   Walk right down to Red Fern to hear live music, have some great seafood and even do a little shopping!



The inside of this home is the classic definition of coastal chic.



The main floor has a chef's kitchen for you to prepare your own meals or have a local island chef come and cook for you!



The master bedroom has a large, comfy King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom has a Queen bed and one has bunk beds, with one full and one twin bed.



The outside of the home has a small patio area with a propane grill for your family barbeque time. You also are close to the pool where you can take a quick dip or spend the day lounging. The backyard is fenced in.



In addition, there are fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and two adult bikes plus one kid bike available for use. There is enough parking in the driveway for two vehicles.



This home is pet-friendly. Up to 2 dogs under 30lbs are welcome with a $75 pet fee.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Trailers, boats, planes are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet and serene neighborhood right off Demere Road. You can even walk to many local restaurants and shops, include Red Fern village.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $145 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
