If we had been there in warmer weather, we would have enjoyed more of the amenities. The listing says "upstairs" but doesn't make it clear that it's a separate area from the rest of the house, not on the central heat and air. It wasn't a problem for us, but anyone counting on using that room should be aware. They provide a space heater and window AC, but we didn't test them out. "
