There were lots of activities available and everything we wanted to do offsite was all within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this resort!"

Speaking from a former front desk supervisor, night staff the ladies were terrible. They might need customer service training. "

"The RITZ Carlton, Saint Thomas. Amazing, memorable, fun and an everlasting experience. The best decision I have made about travel accommodation, in decades. This year, it was my wife's 50th and I wanted to surprise her with something unique and different. We also have 2 small children, ages 7 & 10. The Ritz Carlton was my immediate pick. Our philosophy is that if you travel somewhere unknown with small children, choose the best there is to avoid ugly surprises, disappointments or anguish. Do not penny pinch or fool yourself into thinking that you are some sort of a travel magician. I have tried that in the past, looking for deals, cut corners. . .and it turned out 50/50 in terms of excitement vs. disappointment. The Ritz Carlton Brand delivered what it is known for, worldwide. The moment we pulled into the Ritz Carlton with our rental car, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, happy and excited to see us. The Bellmen drove us with their golf cart to the section of the resort that is called CLUB LEVEL. Club Level is an all-inclusive accommodation, with complementary meals, beverages, specialized service, any sports gear you can possibly think of. It is a must do for anyone that expects being pampered, kick up their feet and truly forget about everything. The people, the staff, the elevated class in service, the attention to detail is what we will always remember. Every team member from concierge to service staff held the utmost professionalism. "Really enjoyed my stay close to ferry and all staff was so polite and gave great recommendations to dining and places to visit . Even though hurricane Erin made an appearance the staff was very assuring. I felt safe . All the staff at front desk was great wish I could remember all there names but I do remember Khadijah, I would definitely stay there again !!!! "
