Fantastic Time
We had a fantastic time. The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. It felt like home. Annette was a huge help and ensured we could explore as if we were locals. She gave valuable advice right from the start, and checked in on us from time to time to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could think of some things we did not even think we needed but were nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful host, wonderful property, wonderful time.

This property is wonderful with a awesome view of the water and St John. 5 places close by for food or a quick drive to Red Hook for many more choices. The condo has many amenities to use from all the cookware you might need to beach and snorkeling gear. Annette the owner was very helpful during the trip and helped us whenever we asked. We will be back! Thank you Annette for your understanding and hospitality.

Best VRBO experience I've had.
The best location, and amenities. Annette was an amazing hostess that thoroughly explained the property and local culture. Gave lots of recommendations and suggestions to make the trip more enjoyable. Her unit is completely updated and gave the renter control over the AC. Some of the other members in the wedding party were not afforded that luxury. Their rooms were pretty miserable and almost unbearable to stay in. The property has everything you need, and I plan to come back soon. Did not want to leave. I can see how some people stay and never go back 😂.

Wonderful time at Sapphire
We had such a wonderful time at Sapphire Beach, as usual. Annette was very communicative before and during our stay. The views are gorgeous, the property & amenities are updated and clean. We loved the pool, the beachfront access and of course, those beautiful blue waters where we snorkeled with colorful fish the reviving corals.

Amazing!
Amazing property, I highly recommend booking Annette’s property. The location is fantastic with amazing views. The property is clean and very comfortable. Location is also good for supermarkets, local restaurants, ferry to St John’s all a short drive away. The complex has its own bar on the beach and restaurants which are a 5 minute walk. Annette is a great host her communication, information about the property, island and complex was second to none. If you’re looking for a world class vacation look no further!

Really Picture Perfect
We spent a wonderful 5 nights here. The weather was not perfect, but the place was. Our friends were right next door and we took turns cooking. This place is lovely and Annette answered all my questions very quickly.

GREAT TRIP!
This was a marvelous place to stay and had everything you could hope for in a quiet beach getaway. It was exactly as described, easy 5 minute ride to Red Hook and short ferry ride to St. John. Plan on returning as soon as possible and that says it all. Annette was great with all the information and allowed us to make the most of our time. Kudos to her.

Sapphire Beach is the prettiest beach on St Thomas. Condo’s are nice and have a home away from home vibe. The restaurants were good and beach bar was fun. We really loved it!

Overall a wonderful stay in Sapphire Beach
The place looks just like the photos and for the most part was great. Basic necessities are there including pantry staples like cooking spray, salt and pepper, cooking utensils of all kinds, ice cube trays etc. Wifi was good. I was able to have both zoom and teams meetings via the wifi which made it great to work remotely. This particular unit is located on the far end of the resort. Close to the marina. Just a building away from the pool, and about three buildings away from the beach/bar. So depending on how much you want to be close to either the pool or beach, keep that in mind. The water that is in front of the unit isn't so much for swimming, but it makes for nice views, especially in the morning watching the sunrise. Tips for staying at this resort: make sure you bring cash (for the taxis), make a trip to the grocery store when you first arrive to get some basic food stuff so you are not always having to eat out. There are a few places that you can "walk to", but after you exhaust that, you'll have to get a taxi to Red Hook and other town centers. So I always had breakfast at the unit. Annette, the owner, was wonderful. Never met her in person, but she was responsive to every message I sent and helped make sure my stay was to my satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Perfect vacation! Perfect property! Most gracious hosts ever!
Next to our honeymoon, 39 years ago, this was our favorite vacation. The location is perfect, the shopping and excursions were top notch. The best thing about this reservation was our host. Annette was right on spot with everything we needed. Coolers, plenty of fresh linens, floats, snorkeling equipment, even coffee! She gave us so much advice on things to do, I was shocked at how on-spot she was. The day at St. John’s definitely made us want to come back for more but the beach, bar and coffee shop at Sapphire Bay was enough in itself. Even the maintenance guys were welcoming and courteous. We highly recommend taking the Sunset Cruise with Captain Stewart and her first mate Kristen. Had a blast!! If you go, please visit St. John’s for a day, it’s beautiful but Sapphire Bay is the perfect place to call home for your stay in the islands. Thank you Annette for your hospitality and we will be back. You and Sapphire Bay are the bomb. Also, can’t say enough about Josh, Jimmy and Nicky at Sapphire Bay bar. They are some of the most down to earth folks we met. Thank you, Annette!

This condo was in the perfect spot on the beach. We had amazing views and just to be able to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean in the evenings was amazing. Sapphire Beach had alot right there, including the new pizza place that just opened when we got there, which was delicious 😋 The owner was very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. We are already planning our wedding anniversary trip in October!

First of all, Annette is a GEM. This property is wonderful and close to everything we needed during our stay, but Annette is the best thing about this rental. Amazing Oceanfront Property
First of all, Annette is a wonderful host. I’ve never met her but I feel like she’s a friend. My husband and I were married at Pretty Klip Point and she sent a gift of champagne and a nice painting of Sapphire Beach for us to remember our incredible wedding and stay. The property is steps from the water. We toured St Thomas and St John but really enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio. The property is close the marina for excursions and the ferry to visit different islands. The condo also has everything you need and even extra touches like coffee, condiments, shampoo/conditioner, and body soap. The bed and linens were comfortable and the Wi-Fi works well. The property and view is enough to book outright but I have to say that Annette would do anything to make sure her guests are comfortable and have an incredible stay. Overall, this was the best VRBO experience that I have ever had! Don’t wait….BOOK NOW!

Great location for our first trip
This was our first stay at VI and I must say we enjoyed the location we were at. Very quiet peaceful and the beach is easily accessible! Two of our tours we were picked up at the marina at the beach we were staying so very easy walk. The beach was gorgeous as well and getting a clear view of the sunrise.
