The outdoor living space is beautifully landscaped, plenty of landscape lighting and well-equipped for villa lifestyle with Adirondeck chairs and an outdoor dining room table and chairs and a great bar! There is shade at the sitting and eating areas from 3-4pm for breezy outdoor dining surrounded by tropical plantings, palm trees and gardens.
Each large bedroom has its own walk in closet, shower and separate vanity, 40" smart TV, multiple beds (and additional roll-aways) and brand new sliders with access to landscaped patios. Each bedroom has a new split A/C unit that is super quiet and cools the room down in minutes. Generally, the ceiling fans provide enough cooling with the breeze from the open sliders in this breezy villa.
The custom designed kitchen has everything you can want and more. Windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard, an island with bar stools, stocked cabinets, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances.
