Gorgeously re-modeled 1 bedroom condo with stunning balcony views of the ocean and amazing breezes. Beautifully decorated living room with queen sized pull-out sofa bed. Private Patio with dining space. One minute walk to the marina where you can catch a sailboat for the day over to St. John, enjoy fishing or other water sports. Two pools and a restaurant/bar onsite just a short walk from your front door. Walk out your door and down hill to Sapphire beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing, feel free to use the two beach chairs in your unit. Or drive to Red Hook for the evening (less than 1 mile away) which features many excellent restaurants and bars, also duty-free shopping, and easy-access Ferries to St. John. Our condo has 1 Queen Bed, Living Room with queen Pull-Out Sofa, Dining area, Full Kitchen, In-unit Washer/Dryer, and a Bathroom with everything you'll need for your stay, plus a beautiful balcony with stunning ocean views. AC keeps the unit cool along w/ ceiling fans located throughout. Cable TV and High Speed Internet w/ WIFI included. Washer and Dryer in unit.

**PLEASE NOTE: This property is not generated. However, in case of a power outtage, we do provide an extension cord to a plug outside the front door. That allows you to plug in what you choose to....like the refrigerator, a fan, hair dryer, coffee pot...for example. Because power outages are commonplace with island living, we like we inform our guests who are not aware.

The place is very nice and clean with a great view and location, minutes walk to the beach and pool. Water pressure could have been little stronger for showers but we managed. Will definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

This is a perfect spot; we really enjoyed our stay! The view and location (near a great beach and restaurants), as well as all the amenities in the unit made it just right for us. The price was very reasonable, as well. The hosts are great and helpful.

We had a great stay here. The unit was spacious for two people and had everything we needed. The Sapphire Village complex is convenient given its proximity to the beach, pools, and restaurants (we went to Sudi's and the pizza place). The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa and Juanda's condo! All was as anticipated and we had everything we needed for a week visiting the island. Plenty of room for two of us and the view of the marina is beautiful. We spent every night sitting on the balcony after dinner out just watching the stars and even saw a meteor shower our last night there. It was a relaxing vacation and we hope to come again!

Such a beautiful view. Everything we needed was at this condo. The best feature must have been the washer and dryer in the unit. Being able to walk over to Sudi’s‘s pool bar was a huge plus, less than half a block away. The property is so beautiful and the beach walk was easy to access.

The owner was very responsive to all of our requests. The place was very nice and clean. The size was perfect for us. The location was convenient to the beach, pool, and restaurant. The owner thought of all the needs for beach goers. The view was beautiful. We rented a car and it was easy to get every where we wanted to go.

Really is a great location! Close to the beach and the pools were great! The pool closest to the ocean isn’t as pristine as it looks in the photos, but it is nice. The condo was perfect for our family of 3. The beach chairs and some of the other equipment provided were in rough shape (broken straps and such) but did work. Definitely good bang for the buck!

This condo was beautifully decorated, had spectacular views and the owners were very helpful and responsive to communications. It had basic supplies like dish soap and hand soap to get you started! The surrounding properties of pool, restaurants, shops were all active and clean. The beach was swept of seaweed and the snorkeling was nice.

Everything was excellent. Juanda was attentive and friendly. Unit was clean with a great view, amazing and quiet A/C split units in both bedroom and living room, and TV's in both bedroom and living room. Everything you'd need or want is already in the unit. Washer and dryer was a definate bonus. Will definately be back!
