Newly renovated, the condo is a fully furnished studio, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen with modern appliances like an Emeril Lagasse Air Fyer and much more to make your stay comfortable. Even though the condo is on the 3rd floor, it has zero steps between the parking area and the condo. The condo itself has no stairs and is a 20 second walk away from the pool. This makes it a great option for those with mobility concerns. You get the great views of being on the third floor without all the stairs typically needed to get there!

Laundry
Paid laundry is located in the marina office at Sapphire Marina just down the hill from the Village condos. The laundry is open from 7:30am to 10:00 pm. Tokens can be purchased in the office.

- AC unit in the main living area
- Ceiling fans throughout
-Washer and dryer located in the main office (must buy tokens from the main office to use)
- There is no generator and power outages can happen, especially in the summer months
- Cistern-fed water maintained by the condo association
- Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your unit. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.
Important to Note:
* While the condo itself is completely private, you may encounter vendors who service the property like a landcapers or pest control. They are both managed by the association.
* Signing a rental agreement is requirement to rent this condo.
