"The room and hotel in general need remodeling and upgrading. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a bar that doesn't serve food."

"Everything was nice. The room was beautiful, and the property was very well kept. Short walk to Megan's Bay Beach. The little cafe onsite was very expensive, but so was everything else in St. Thomas. Ms. Barbara was extremely nice and made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay."

"I’ve stayed here many times already it’s always my to go whenever visiting st Thomas. Only thing I would recommend is faster service at the restaurant the food is great just takes forever to get any request from server. I also would love if they updated the hotel itself so much more potential if rooms were remodeled "

"Margaritaville is located in a great spot right next to Coki Beach, which just one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. I loved the property and our room was nice. There pools were great. The seaweed did not bother us at all. I was disappointed to learn that there was no hot tub anymore and I was expecting very warm weather our entire trip, but there were cooler days that would have been a great time for a hot tub. The worst part about our stay was that the staff specifically at the restaurant and one of the bartenders were very unfriendly and acted like it was a nuisance when we asked for anything. They would talk back, roll their eyes, and had lore with ethic. This wasn’t just at the Margaritaville, but we noticed this throughout the island that the customer service was very subpar. The people who worked at the guest services and tourist excursions at the Margaritaville were amazing, however! Over all that we had an amazing vacation and a memorable time with our family! "

"The hotel is located in a bad, sketchy area and I did not feel safe during my stay. The room lacked basic amenities such as a safe, microwave, glasses, and tea/coffee facilities. The shower water temperature fluctuated between cold and warm, with very poor water pressure, and there was no shampoo provided. Additionally, there were problems with the electricity. "
