"Unfortunately hot tub was closed first night of stay. Still took in the pool and the sauna. 2nd night hot tub was back on and the tropical pool regained it's former glory. Real tropical plants! Someone should really fix that sauna door though. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable. The amenities were nice and the space worked well for our needs. My only complaint was the kitchen supplies. One example is When we checked in, there was only a small amount of paper towel left. We ran out the first night and there were no extra rolls provided. I ended up having to use napkins from my vehicle as paper towels, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it was a great stay and some small additions in the kitchen would make it even better for future guests."

"The place was rented as a 3-bdrm, 2 bath "home". Never was it disclosed that it was only the 2nd floor of a house. The owner says he "is not required to disclose". Nevertheless, I parked in the driveway and blocked-out a resident who I was unaware of. He was ringing my doorbell waking me at 11:15 PM and I eventually found him in the basement.......called police and 4 police arrived and isolated the "intruder". I left as soon as I could and founbd a hotrel at 12;30 AM."

"Unfortunately our plans changed & when I requested a consideration for refund- they said they would consider & let me know. No response back- I reached out again & they just said that they have a strict cancellation policy. After giving our reason, I thought they might consider even a partial refund. I will pay attention to this host & not support them going forward. "
