Cleanliness was just okay. Bed was comfy. The manager on duty (Nica, I think?) was sitting there chewing gum with her mouth open. She wasn’t dressed professionally and definitely did not act professionally nor was she warm or friendly. The person who helped us was fine, but didn’t smile once more told us to enjo our stay. She barely said 2 words. Cleanliness wasn’t great, bathroom sink didn’t drain

I liked the Quietness of patrons most times. What i didnt like was that my key card was not reprogrammed, but thanks to husband's card, we were able to go in and out and about.
