"Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. "Pros: Dom ma duży ogród i basen. Jest cisza i spokój. Trzeba wziąć płyn na komary, bo strasznie gryzą. Zasięg telefonu ok. Brakowało mi kuchni, która była ujęta w opisie ogólnym, jednak Rosa Bianca niestety jej nie ma. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni. Klimatyzacja to raczej chłodny nawiew.
Cons: Brak kuchni.
Brak przyborów do sprzątania, typu miotła
Komary"

"Great spot in Lucca, very easy to walk to everything. We had some of the best food of our trip in Lucca!
The owner was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the property after we had dropped off our rental car.
The only small negative is it can be quite noisy at night due to the bar next door, but I guess that is the trade off for staying in the centre of town.
We would stay here again! "

"Great location, within walking distance of the train station and major attractions. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless but could have used some refurbishing."
"We are from Scotland and stayed here a week from 8th November. Excellent hotel. Lovely facilities and fantastic quality. Lovely room ( although we would have preferred to be in the main building than the tower), extremely comfortable bed and all facilities first class. The hotel is excellently positioned for exploring Lucca and reaching the train station to wider explore Tuscany.Staff were all exceptional - breakfast ladies deserve a special mention, they were all lovely and very efficient -as do all the reception staff who likewise were very helpful and always willing and available to assist. We were very impressed. A special mention to Greta on reception. Not only was she first class in dealing with any requirements we had- such as booking a private transfer to the airport- but she was always smiling and cheery and nothing was ever a problem.
Compliments to everyone. We hope to be back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucca.
Well done and thank you

"Nice property with on site restaurant/bar, overall the property was clean, staff were friendly, amenities were within walking distance, ideal for staying a few days, value for money, was a solo female traveller and felt very safe, would definitely stay again😊"
