The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. The breakfast was packaged things including jam, but we couldn't eat it because we didn't have a knife to spread the jam on the crackers. "After a very kind welcome by Martina, we were shown to our room, or maybe better: apartment. Fantastic spacious and beautiful: great bed, small kitchen, nice balcony, perfect bathroom etc. Location close to the center, shops and bars and restaurants. Really perfect! Grazie mille!"
