I was able to use the app to check in, but was not able to use it to unlock the front door. However, they did email me a code for the front door the day of my arrival, and I got key cards from the machine on the third floor. If you book on Orbitz, make sure to email them with your cell # and email address, which will make it easier to check in and out."

Staff was very friendly and helpful even providing great advice on how best to get to the airport using the Arlanda Express. Breakfast was excellent and provided excellent selection and quality. Room was clean and spacious for a family room for 4."
