"Thank you to the staff of this hotel. They provide us with replacement rooms upon our requests. Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. The hotel is in a nice area close to shopping areas. Breakfast was great. Thanks again. "

"From thus user’s perspective, the hotel is well run by competent, friendly and engaged staff (which goes a long way…). The place is also very clean, and the only drawback is that the overall furnishing of the rooms (well, the room I occupied at a minimum) seems in need of an upgrade, more for the looks than for function. The single occupant room I had is VERY small, but surprisingly functional (I.e., sufficient desk space to do some computer work. All this said, I would come back due to the...

"Lifted the duvet cover to discover a giant nasty brown stain. Then checked the other bed and it had a another giant black stain. So, it must mean the duvets have never been washed since the hotel opened, which by the looks of the room it must have been a long time ago. The floor also smelled strongly of smoke and the carpet was very dirty. You could also hear the street noise as well as the guests in the other room. Horrible experience."
