"We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices."

"We had a great time at Fabio’s place it is a little far out of the way of some of the major monuments but if you’re looking to go around the night life or be among the locals this is a great spot. It’s also not so far that you can’t see the monuments with a quick uber or metro. The place is also next to the metro station, which was very nice! Fabio was awesome and did a great job communicating throughout our stay!! We will definitely return!"

"Really enjoyed the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to several Metro stations. Very quiet area. The best bread/pastrie shop 2 blocks away. Laundry place 3 doors away from outside door. Many dining options close by. If you like walking, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge. "Even more lovely than the photos! Large apartment, well laid out, beautifully decorated. Walking distance to every place you want to be. We had 4 adults and 4 teens, it was just perfect. I would stay her every time I go to Paris. The only thing I would warn is I only got the check-in instructions the day before arrival. That made me a little nervous, but I can reassure future guest, that the host was responsive and did come through! Lovely, lovely, apartment. Highl recomend."
