"We love the feel of a small farm town and old homes. The creaks of the wood stairs were charming and the 3 bedroom home overall was just perfect for our stay. The host was always accessible via message and communicated any expected yard maintenence visits with us ahead of time.You could tell the host considered the needs of their guests (soaps, detergents, plenty of pots & pans, etc) and made sure we would have what we needed.This is a great choice for your stay near Coopeerstown!"

The host Jennifer was fantastic and extremely responsive when we had questions. "A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"We arrived to a beautiful house overlooking vast forested mountains with a beautiful little pond with lots of froggy friends to watch. The hot tub was nice and we all got a good night sleep. Lots of good hikes around and lots of little towns to visit and pop into for a book or coffee. Great stay!"
