"Friendly helpful staff. We arrived several hours early and were shown to our room as it was ready. On check out, we asked if we could leave our car in the car park while we did a bit more exploring of Stamford, no problem! Lovely breakfast."

"The hotel was beautiful, with the add Christmas feel. We stayed for one night, for a visit to Burghley House Christmas Market, it was perfect location. Dinner and breakfast was good, however a little expensive. The room was warm, cost and had all amenities needed. The only complaint, was the bed was a little hard. We would definitely recommend a visit to the Haycock Hotel. "

"Had a lovely stay here the room was fabulous the bed was so comfy we stayed in the wild horse room it had a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower and the toilet was separated from the bathroom the staff are friendly and nothings to much trouble Great little touches like fresh milk and homemade cookies which were delicious "

"Had an amazing time at Lemon Squeezy House. A really fantastic property that catered perfectly to our need for an extended family get together, with ample communal and break out areas. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Would happily stay again, highly recommended."

"Primrose Hall is unmissable!! We fell in love with the cottage immediately - it is cosy and very charmingly furnished and decorated, with a log burner and very well-equipped kitchen. Dale is an excellent and very generous host providing many thoughtful extras including homemade jams and freshly baked bread. He is extremely helpful and responded promptly to all our queries and requests. The surrounding area is very beautiful and we enjoyed walks by Rutland Water and visits to bustling attractive market towns nearby.Highly recommended!"
