"Great breakfast and the staff was trying their best. On the other side, I was informed that the gym isn’t available while my stay, however I was offered a 5 days free trial on the gym next door which I thought was great! Nevertheless, the registration form was in Swedish and was only applicable and available for Swedish nationals. I was then offered the option to go to the other hotel of the same chain which was 7-10 minutes walk away. I know the gym there is quite smaller and given the fact that there was such a distance to walk and that I I ly wanted to go to the gym early in the morning this was quite unpleasant, so I didn’t use this facility. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past for work always (possibly more than 10 times the last 2 years), but I think I will not stay there in the future if the option of the gym isn’t available and I only find out in such a short notice."

"Pleasant stay, Helpful check in staff. Very knowledgeable about the local area. Location is great. Central and direct above the central train station And a 7 eleven. We have breakfast. Was good quality and lots of options. We went down later on the first morning and noticed a better experience the following day at an earlier slot. Same with most hotels buffet breakfast to be fair"

"We have stayed here multiple times now when visiting Gothenburg, it’s a great hotel which is usually pretty cheap, and right in the centre a 5-10 min walk from the central train/bus station. It’s about 25-30 mins walk to Liseberg (which is always our reason for the visit) the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, there isn’t much in the way of noise either being right by the train station. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant too, so much choice and variety. We will continue to stay here when visiting Gothenburg 👌"
