Huge Win for Lydia Mountain Lodge!

Huge thank you to the customer support team for Lydia Mountain. This is our families fifth trip and fifth new location. We continue to go back because the standard of residence they keep is very high and we've never been disappointed by a locations condition or amenities. We had initially booked a different location but when we had arrived, nature had other plans and we were unable to stay at the first cabin. The team at Lydia Mountain were quick to find other accommodations that fit our party and had us sorted out in no time! I can't thank them enough for saving our trip. Spotswood Manor is a charming home with incredibly well maintained grounds and plenty of activities. We had four kids between the ages of two and nine entertained for three days without issue. I'd highly recommend this location as well as Lydia Mountain in general to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Would and will stay again!

Unsatisfied

The staff I dealt with at Lydia were outstanding. However the house was dirty with the carpet excessively stained and needing to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly stocked to the point Lydia brought the needed items to us. I think Lydia is a good company and hopefully this property isn’t indicative of the their other properties. Respectfully Gerald Parsons
