OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - NO PETS - SEBAGO LAKE SHOREFRONT. Comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom shorefront cottage with a great Maine cottage feel. Lovely, open lake views. Livingroom with cathedral ceiling and nice stone fireplace, eat in kitchen, big enclosed porch overlooking the lake and a screen porch and deck on the road side. Bath with shower. Nice frontage with steps leading down to pebbly bottom lakefront. Rock outcrop with cement platform for sunning. Dock and mooring. Walking distance to local convenience store. (see below for map location)
Waterfront/Lot Description: Retaining wall with steps in to water. Entry in to water is a mix of rocks and pebbles. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: load/unload only. No overnight tie up. Mooring: Yes.
Bedrooms: Three. 2 w/doubles, 1 small room w/2 sets of rustic bunks. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
