And Fairford itself is a gem. Having read many books about the English Tudor times this was perfect as a place to stay and visit Highclere castle, Jeremy's farm and other lovely things and places in the beautiful surrounding countryside."

"Pear Tree Cottage is absolutely adorable and the garden is beautiful. The entire house is equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. It’s in a great location on a quiet street a short walk from the village square. The property manager, Joanne, was responsive to every request and a delight to work with. "Lovely house in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a great kitchen and outside space plus free on street parking near(ish) Oxford city centre (bus stop mins walk, 10-15 minutes into town: £3ish or 5 minutes by taxi for £8ish).
