Summary:
There's not enough words to write about this bliss. 30 min from uptown Charlotte but feels in a different world. This is THE FAMILY RETREAT boasting 5600 sq feet, 9 acre property, barn, stocked fishing pond, tree house, pool , hot tub, and fire pit. Pets are welcome for an extra fee of $150 per pet.

The Space:
clubhouse, huge back yard and tons of privacy. This is THE PROPERTY to get friends and family together to have fun and rekindle. The outdoor lights, the birds chirping, the fire pit, it'll take your breath away. There's also an adjoining clubhouse that allows for catering, parties, etc. Plenty of privacy and space to stretch out. Nestled in Stanfield NC, a nice "small town" feel that is a stone's throw away from uptown Charlotte. Total of 6 bedrooms plus media room with pullout sofa.

Guest Access:
Please note that the garage attached at clubhouse is for owners only for storage and guests cannot access it. The adjacent big land with a big pond belongs to the neighbor . Our pond is the one at the entrance of house with a fountain.

Getting Around:
You’ll find a super Walmart less than 10 minutes away. Along with a Food Lion even closer in under 8 minutes. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants options such Local room, Mi fuente fresh Mexican grill, Buzzed Viking, along with several more options. If you like golfing, the Red Bridge golf club is less than 8 minutes, or you could take a short 7 minutes drive to award winning Rocky River Vineyards and enjoy a cool refreshing slushy, And if you’re really feeling lucky, you could opt to take a day trip to the Reed Gold Mine and try your luck in panning for gold, which is also less than 10 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
To use the outdoors hot tub. please give me 30 minutes heads-up and I can turn it on remotely from my phone.

The porch doors from master bedroom and kitchen area have a special lock mechanism. You'll need to lift the handle up first to activate the lock then lock it. Please text me if you didn't know how to lock it and i will guide you.

There are so many fun things to do on the property like the great ping pong room, beautiful pool/ hot tub, poker room, tv room, etc that we didn't go out much. Everything was in good working order and the host was very responsive. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This house served us well. We had a wonderful stay. We swam, relaxed in the hot tub, played volleyball, batmiton, and Karaoke around the firepit. The only thing we didn't do was fish. The water was to murky looking so we declined. The house was everything a family from out of town would hope for. This was by far our best time together. We look forward to returning next year.

This property is perfect in every way! Any item needed was available. Toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergents as well as beach towels… The estate was lovely as well… The pool, patio area along with the fire pit area were so inviting!

The Perfect Family Retreat
Our family of 10 stayed here for our Family Retreat and the experience was absolutely amazing. The home has many high-tech features such as a home speaker system and smart thermostats. The area is just 5 minutes from many stores so all of our needs were accommodated. The host was so nice, thorough, and accommodating. Very responsive to all of my questions and needs. The pictures online dont give this home justice...it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside and out. So many amenities at your fingertips and more than enough space for a large group. Such a gem.

Sleeps 20 for sure! Great for large gatherings! xtra tables and chairs for rent on property. Had a amazing church service in the club house. Just over all amazing weekend! It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere even though wal mart and fast food are a couple miles away. Highly recommend!

So Beautiful!
It’s so beautiful and there and it is so much land for your kids and dog to run. The pool is beautiful and super clean. The house is amazing and has everything you need. Property manager was responsive if we had any questions. Overall it was amazing and we would definitely go back!!!
