We arrived after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. Nicoleta could not have been more welcoming and helpful! She got us settled and answered all our questions, even some we hadn’t thought of. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, it was fabulous, and you’ll be in great hands with Nicoleta.

Dinner menu was fine but breakfast was even better!

Upon arrival, I experienced a traveler’s worst nightmare. It was completely my fault, I had booked a room at the Oyster Fleet for the right day, but I had got the date wrong and booked my stay for the following week! The receptionist was extremely helpful in rectifying my mistake, even though it took some time to sort out. This a great hotel with great food available

I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

We were pleasantly surprised with food for dinner and breakfast! I would say the only complaint that we had was the parking outside. If you pay before you go inside you will pay significantly more than if you go inside. There's no signage that says it's cheaper if you go inside and there is no refund.

Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, and the exceptional service from your team truly made our visit memorable. How is this a 3-star hotel - it’s absolutely lovely. The rooms are excellent: the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and surrounded by fields. Wonderful buffet breakfast There for a wedding - a series of room key blunders and double bookings made it hilarious but the staff were friendly and acted quick to adjust. Faulty Towers anyone ?
