Couple's Annual Retreat

Beautiful cottage on the beach and very clean and tidy. Had everything we could need for our couple of nights stay and lovely surrounding area to discover. Will stay again for sure.

Great location. Quiet but convenient. Walkable to and from town centre. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. When we realised we had booked an upstairs apartment by mistake and asked for a change to ground floor it was immediately granted without fuss.

Great location, great room, great room. I received no notification that I needed to collect my room key from the Stanley Hotel. I had lunch at the hotel, loaded up and geared up on my motorbike, rode to the accommodation only to find that i needed to collect my key from the Stanley hotel. I wish i knew this beforehand.

A basic motel room with some basic amenities. The view made up for what the place lacked. There was a dead fly on the table under the TV when we arrived. There was no dishwashing liquid or bowls available for use. The pillows were very average. Noise could also be heard from neighbouring rooms. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great.

Needs better communication- a text/ email to tell us keys for the unit are at a different location, early checkout- keys ?? Also we weren't told the gutters were getting replaced and we had workman onsite. It was noisy. The guys themselves very nice. We weren't told where the laundry was. In the pictures theres a restaurant- its not open. Alot of businesses are closed or only open latter in the day.- morn8ng coffee. We opted for the next town over 'Smithton ' for food- lovely town.

I would not stay here again. Poor service. The air conditioner in the room was not working and it took so long for the staff to pick up the phone and to deliver us a free standing heater. The room was freezing cold. We stayed in room number 1 and the wi-fi was not working either. We paid $180 for 1 nigt, this place is a waste of money.

Apart from the screaming from unit 5 at about 2am,we have enjoyed our stay, the unit above us has a spa bath when in use it sounds like a helicopter taking off,maybe management can look into it.

A nice waterfront location, with a good view across to the bay. Very Pleasant. Being in the hub of the fishing area it was a little noisy on occasions, but not at all unbearable. Lovely town and surrounds, great fish and chips across the road, very short walk! Only downside was no hot water on one night, but all good the following morning.

Property was very nice. It had a fridge and knife/forks cups etc but no microwave, which was strange . Yes we would stay again as the proximity to the town was walking distance and the accommodation had a great view over the bay .
