"The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply."
"On the hottest night of the year in an unairconditioned room opposite a nightclub ejecting noisily in the early hours, my wife and I spent a miserable night.
However, in other areas staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast room / diner is soulless. "
"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Connection to Terminal 4 at Heathrow made this a convenient place to stay."
"Enjoyed my one night stay at the Park Grand. Staff were very friendly and efficient and always two of them. Room was comfortable and clean, waterfall shower was excellent. Furnishings were a bit tired and showing their age. Lucky not to get a room close to the door to the lifts (room 104) as it banged loudly when it swung shut. Airplane noise may put off some but didn’t affect me. Breakfast was disappointing (things of a below par Premier Inn breakfast). Room was great value and will stay again."
