Our studio villa was just the right size for the two of us, and we found all the amenities we needed in the place. Breakfast items were just what we needed. They even demonstrated how to get the fire place started. The host couple was very willingly provided useful information about the area. Very cosy place. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax.

We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and runs the property is professional, caring and knows all about the area. I cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay. You will love the well appointed villas. Cheers Nicci, see you next year.

We enjoyed our stay at 31 the Rocks. Cabin was clean and the wood burning heater was toasty warm with plenty of firewood provided. The setting was very peaceful and we loved seeing the kangaroos out and about at dusk and dawn. Wifi was basically nonexistent and mobile data was patchy which was disappointing. Breakfast provisions weren’t plentiful but plenty of grocery stores in town. Just a hint, don’t use Google Maps to get there - there’s a shorter route which we also used to walk there a couple of times.

We stayed at 31The Rocks and found it to be an excellent base to explore Stanthorpe and its surroundings. The bed was comfortable, towels large and fluffy and the amenities comfortable and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the bush setting and took advantage of the trails on the property which afforded some beautiful views. Watching the sunset in the evening was a highlight. The only downside was the poor phone reception and the patchy internet, however we were advised about this prior to our visit. There is a lounge cabin a little distance from the other cabins where there is better reception. Communication was excellent. Thank you. We hope to return soon.

The overall cleanliness and tidiness off the property was spectacular. The unique walking tracks also built into the area take you up to an incredible lookout which is a must on a sunny clear day. Staff were friendly and couldn’t of had a more welcoming experience.

Love how this accomodation embraces the local landscape. So beautiful and serene in amongst the rocks that give this awesome region its name. We would love to come back in the warmer months. We enjoyed the cold and had a cosy fire with plenty of wood. Room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Scott and Deb, the owners are friendly, delightful and helpful.

The Accommodation was neat, modern, looked new and very well maintained. You parked your car at the Accommodation you are staying at. Phone signal is ok. No Wifi in the cabins, which we wish we had. TV channels all worked well. A great location for each cabin, private and quiet. The accommodation cabins are excellent in size (we had a studio and is was huge). Reverse cycle aircon, if needed, also a wooden fire place for the cold nights. No wood at the cabin, but I didn't ask for any as it wasn't cold enough to light a fire. The layout of the land is great for each cabin. All located on a wooded hill side. The owners are friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with the accomodation. The only downfall was that it was very hard to find a winery for dinner. Seems most close early afternoon. All was well. We had a fabulous dinner we cooked for ourselves in the cabin.
