Gardens of the Kai 1 -Luxuriously decorated beachfront unit-by Cayman Villas!

"Beautiful ocean front property! Step outside the porch door right onto the beach! Excellent location, with boat/catamaran tours to stingray city and bioluminescent bay just a few minutes away. We ate breakfast and lunch at the property and ate every dinner at the Kaibo Yacht Club (get the classic fish and curry dish--you will not be disappointed!). The home provided every amenity you can think of to cook meals, and also provided beach towels, snorkeling equipment, beach toys/floats, paddle boards, and kayaks. Beds were comfortable, screened porches were wonderful. Snorkeling right off the beach we saw multiple lobster, red cushion starfish, sting rays, small butterfly fish, and a random large tarpon. Starfish point is a 5 minute drive--highly recommend for snorkeling to see multiple starfish (we counted 20 in 20 minutes of snorkeling). We SCUBA dived off of 7 mile beach (recommend Soto Reef, Cheeseburger Reef, or Wildlife Reef for beginners, Kittiwake Wreck and the Wall for intermediate). Also nearby--Cayman Crystal Caves and Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park (recommend both, but bring mosquito spray!). Would 100% rent this property again!"

"We stayed here after several days on 7 Mile Beach. It’s a very tranquil spot with not many people at all. The unit is a few steps from the beach and you have a bit of a view. Everything you possibly could want… Lots of things in the kitchen to cook with, games, beach toys and floats - we really enjoyed kayaking. There is one nice restaurant within walking distance - Caibo - and Rum Point Club is a short distance by car. Be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes depending on the time you are there! The bioluminescent paddle excursion is close by and I highly recommended if you’ve never seen before. There is a “spa” at Rum Point taking where we got good massages and a facial. “Spa” is a bit of a stretch but the ladies are very nice and professional. You enter the unit from a screened in porch and there’s a lock box with the keys to the house. We weren’t clear on that and we’re a bit confused for a second. Over the Edge is a fun beachy cafe right in the water. Worth the 20 minute drive. Fish curry is yummy. Online maps stops short of the actual unit, so make sure you are just paying attention to the street numbers. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot."

"Absolutely beautiful! This quiet little spot was perfect for a relaxing week.The condo was clean and well equipped. Blair was quick to respond to any questions and made suggestions for the area. The grounda were kept clean and the pool was refreshing with a great view of the cove. Highly recommend!"

"Samantha’s condo was just wonderful! The private pool was awesome! The location was exactly what I personally needed to decompress for a few days! I did some solo kayaking in the area headed to starfish point….we also saw several starfish just outside the condo…soooo cool! Me and my girls loved it and would definitely stay again! Samantha was quick to respond to any questions I had!"

"This was a family trip to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday, so it was important to me everything went great. The communication from the host ahead of time made us feel very comfortable with our choice. They were very responsive to all our questions and requests. They checked in several times during our stay to ensure everything was going well and we were enjoying ourselves. The property was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it, we were sad to leave. We will definitely be back!"

"We had such a wonderful stay and made so many special memories here! The ground floor location was amazing, especially being just steps from the pool where we spent most of our time relaxing and playing together.The condo was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There were plenty of pool and beach towels, plus soft, fluffy bath towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the master bed which made it hard to get up in the morning! The kitchen was also stocked with almost everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals at the condo.The pool and sand toys provided lots of fun for our daughter. My favorite experience was visiting Starfish Point and seeing all the different sizes of starfish. Our daughter loved the Turtle Center, while my husband’s favorite part was relaxing by the pool.We explored all over the island and had fantastic meals at Casanova and Peppers. The seafood at Casanova was so fresh, and the jerk chicken at Peppers was deliciously spicy.Driving on the left side of the road became easy after a couple trips out. Grocery prices were higher than we expected, but stores carried everything we needed from home.Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to return someday!"
