"Andrew's Coastal Cottage is Fantastic ! Location, location, location ! Everything was as described, and immaculately clean. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a basket of snacks to enjoy. The washer and dryer are top notch, and of course detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Communication was fantastic ! We enjoyed the peace and calmness of the neighborhood, while still extremely close to the Emerald Isle hustle and bustle, as well as beautiful beaches. Andrew has a great grill built into the front deck, where we grilled fresh fish from Phillips Seafood, just up the road, right off of the boat. This home is definitely on our short list for a return visit, Thanks Andrew !"

Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the comfortable furnishings to the charming pottery coffee cups that made each morning feel special, and the overall cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax.One of the highlights was the stunning water landscape. The views were absolutely beautiful and created such a peaceful, calming backdrop throughout our stay. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the setting was truly unforgettable.The location was perfect with a tranquil setting…close to Swansboro and Emerald Isle, minutes from Lowe’s Foods but far enough out for quiet moments and limited light pollution Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable.This was easily one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint get away. "
