"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. "Nice, clean rooms, a comfortable bed, a large shower, powerful air conditioning, and an excellent breakfast. You need to reserve a spot at the wellness center at the front desk, which helps keep it from getting too crowded. Free outdoor parking. There’s a park with a playground for kids just around the corner, the river is a 5-minute walk away, and there are cafes, pastry shops, and pubs in the area."
