Cabin Rentals in Starke County

Cleanliness is oustanding, respectful staffs. My wife & I are exploring hotels w/ casino before my retirement, so far this is one my top list.

What we liked the most was the lady who made breakfast for so many of us and worked so hard to make sure that every guest got a hot meal and plenty of fresh coffee. She was outstanding.

Staff super friendly. Room comfortable and quiet.

We stayed for 3 days and i wish we didn’t have to leave The lake view was beautiful and we got to see the blue herons fly around!

Best place close to South Bend for lodging!! Love the breakfast and rooms available for just lounging!

This Comfort Inn highly exceeded my expectations. It has recently been remodeled and is modern, clean, and new. The beds are very comfortable and even have both a soft and hard pillow. Every night when we entered our room, there was a slight smell of lavender, which was a great touch. I cannot recommend this hotel more for those staying in the La Porte, Michigander acuity, New Buffalo area.

Made the reservation online a couple days ahead of our trip. I called the hotel the morning we left to verify our reservation was still in effect and informed the desk that we would be getting a late start, therefore would be arriving after midnight. We arrived at the hotel at around 1:45am to find the desk clerk ready for our check in. Very friendly and accommodating with no hassles! Which was exactly what I needed after driving 8 hours in a snow storm! Great job!

Such an incredible hotel, we are so happy we stayed!!! The pool was amazing. Our room had an AC issue and we were taken care of immediately. If nothing else, it made us more impressed! Great breakfast, the coffee was good. Couldn’t ask for more! If we head in this direction again, we WILL be staying here. Might even make a trip this way just to have another great night. Thank you for being part of our cross-country drive!!!

One night stay which was quit and I was able to get a much needed rest after a long day

Eight 1981 VHS grads used Hampton Inn & Suites as our home base for a reunion weekend. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so nice that my body was convinced that it rested at home. It was a lovely weekend. Thank you for the “Vail of Paradise” hospitality.

Homer provide a great place to stay. He also gave suggestions on the area and was a great help, giving directions on best way to get to places. The breakfast that were prepared were wonderful. If you are in the area and Homer has an opening then I would book again in a heartbeat.

Recently opened so obviously everything was new. The rooms are extra spacious and the new organization is the best I have encountered in a HI-Express. Location is close to restaurants and Kroger, etc. The only negative room issue was the blinking light on the smoke alarm which beamed like a ship's lighthouse (as mentioned by other guests). Not really clear on the purpose of this bright beacon, but it was not the most conducive to restful sleep in a darkened room. However, the bed mattress was...

I liked the proximity to the University.

Hotel was great. My only suggestion for imorovement would rest with removing the musty smell from the room. Maybe it was because it was so hot outside, I don't know. Other than that everything was perfect.

Stayed here five days and was very pleased. It's also close to downtown Valparaiso and many restaurants - including Starbucks which is just down the road. The room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast - which is included- was plentiful. They rotate between biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. You can make your own waffles. There is yogurt, hard boiled eggs, tea, coffee, OJ, milk and lots more. The only drawback is that we were on the 2nd floor and we could smell breakfast cooking in...

Very good experience and stay. Very clean and friendly place with great scenery.

wonderful staff, clean and comfortable. would highly recommend this hampton inn.

Nice little place to stay. Staff were very friendly.

The Patel’s who manage this hotel do an excellent job. Clean, comfortable, with attentive service for all our needs. Have stayed there on two different occasions, and will choose them again whenever visiting family.
