"2nd time here. Only thing I was not a fan of was limited bathtub options. End up in a room across from the pool so a lot of traffic at our window. 2nd floor and up only, for next time.

"The staff was friendly and efficient. We were greeted in a manner that included support if we needed anything not supplied. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds fresh and clean. The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party.
