About this property

Our Guest House

  • Our Guest House is nestled in the quaint village of Lemont with a view of Mt. Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. Nittany, coffee at Eden Valley or Cafe Lemont and/or dinner at Kamri Thai and Sushi House, Happy Valley Brewing or the Voodoo Brewery! It's all here. This cute cape cod was built in 1946 and has been completely renovated. A firepit and patio for relaxing outside. If you have 6 or 7 guests coming, we will open up the basement for you to use, so you will have an extra bedroom, bathroom and living room for $100 extra cost for the weekend.

    Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms are set up each with a Smart TV. The basement living space has a 74" TV and a foosball table.
