Remodeled Hot Tub Home Near Heavenly Village, Chairlift and Lake-Sleeps 9 Max

Tahoe Cozy Cabin is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 6 person hot tub on the back deck and an additional downstairs living room with a pool table. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have a 70" smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook. The house is just over 1 mile to the casinos and Heavenly village. Two blocks down the street is Clydes Coffee Roasting Company, a great local coffee shop with fresh baked goods. The Gondola in Heavenly Village, Stagecoach chairlift , many restaurants and nightlife are within 2 miles of the house. Tahoe lake and Nevada Beach are just down the street. There are great mountain biking trails that are an easy ride from the house. The house sits on just under an acre of land, so plenty of room to enjoy. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and new tiled bathrooms with heated floors in each bathroom. The driveway into the property is long with a slight slope and 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains are highly recommended during the winter snow months. The property does have a snow removal service for the driveway, but continued snow fall and ice patches could still cause difficulties getting in and out without chains or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

There is an EV (Electric Vehicle) Charger in Garage and RV electric hook up on side of house.

The house has central heat, but it does NOT have air conditioning. The nest thermostat shows a/c but there is no a/c and will only run the blower if the thermostat is set to cool.

The home has security cameras outside only. One which views the front of the house, another on the side of the house, another on the back deck and one in the back of the house. The cameras are used for security measures only and the owner highly respects all guests privacy. If guests wish further privacy during hot tub use, the owner can be contacted and the camera can be temporarily moved.

Due to the snow levels and freezing temps during the winter, the grill is not serviced during the winter and decks are not shoveled. However, there are shovels in the garage, and guest are welcome to use them to clear the decks or use the grill. Propane tanks are provided for the grill.

All trash must be bagged and placed in bear box at the top of the driveway.

Considering that your reservations are non-refundable within the cancelation policy, I advise guests to get travel insurance, especially during the winter months as storms could prevent travel.

Per Douglas County Ordinance:
Maximum nighttime occupancy is 8 adults plus 1 additional guest who must be 18 yrs of age or younger.
Maximum daytime occupancy is 18.
Gathering and events that exceed the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
The maximum number of vehicles is 4.
Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles.
Renters and their guests must only park in designated parking areas, and the failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Note: Please understand that neighbors may alert authorities who could issue fines to guests found to be in violation. Furthermore, in an effort to preserve the permit issued for the house, the owner reserves the right to asks guests to leave should such violations occur.

The house was designed for comfort and to maximize social gatherings with family and friends. I highly enjoyed changing the look and feel of the home, and hope my efforts are able to create a comfortable and pleasant stay for all.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Tahoe home with friends! The place was clean and had such a cozy, inviting vibe. The spacious backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance to the strip, so everything we wanted to do was within reach. We loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and having a beautiful dinner with friends. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, always available when we had questions. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay and the house is even better in person. Recently updated with all modern features and having a 1 year old that spends a lot of time on the floor I was thankful for how clean it is. We had a great stay at the cabin! The location is great and very conveniently located near Heavenly and the Lake. The cabin is clean and comfortable and great for a group or family. Everyone had a super time. We enjoyed all of the accommodations. Michael is personable and accessible. We will be coming back!

This home was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. It is even prettier than the pictures. It was very clean and the owner was wonderful and communicative. My teen loved the pool table and having the downstairs area to himself. It was right outside of town so you can get away from the crowd at heavenly for a break but you could be there in 5 minutes when you wanted. The heated bathroom floors were super nice! The kitchen was well stocked and my husband wanted to take the stove home with him lol. Lots of parking and easy access to the highway. We all say 10 out of 10 and hope to return in the future. Thank you Michael for sharing your amazing home!

Great house with a fun layout. Nice location with good privacy. Bathrooms are exquisite and better than hotels, even have heated floors!! Very cozy place, very close to everything in South Lake. Plenty of sleeping space, and the game room with the pool table and the outdoor hot tub got lots of use on our stay! Super accommodating and friendly host, you will not be disappointed with this place.

I rented this cabin for 6 days overall It was a very good experience. Few highlights Perfect location -4 min drive to the city, lake, and all stores. Renovated- all the bathrooms have heated floors and the kitchen is brand new. We love to cook so the new gas stove top was great. Entertainment- fun board games, pool table, hot tub (always kept the perfect temperature) The best part about the experience was the owner who kept in touch the entire stay and was easy to get a hold of in case I had questions. He was very helpful and for that I’d give 6 stars for communication. Thank you Michael we will be back for another great experience.

Very Impressed with this VRBO and would definitely stay again. The place was completely updated with state of the art alliances, nest heating system, warm bathroom floors and heated mirrors as well. Plenty of room for family and friends, upstairs living space while the teens can go downstairs and play pool and watch tv or just hang out. I loved that there was plenty of towels for our entire stay. Easy entry and assess to the house. Informative instructions of where things are and how to us the premise. Cute little wood shed out front with logs, perfect photo opportunity. Excellent location to the casinos, skiing and the grocery store. The owner got back to me quickly with any questions and even let us check in an hour early to accommodate our schedule. You won’t go wrong with this Oasis and we will be going back the next time we go to Tahoe. Excellent choice! Everyone in our party loved it there.
