"Extremely rude staff. Don’t have a clue about customer service. They never check the messages on Expedia. Waited in line for over an hour to check in. Spend your money at a real hotel. Awful!"

"Just very mediocre. Good location but a huge dark and gloomy hotel. Rooms are big but dated and showing signs of wear. Sheets were also old and appeared to be stained"

"Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again."
