Washer/Dryer Located in the utility closet; detergent provided. Thermostat Set no lower than 70 for cooling and no higher than 75 for heating. Dishwasher Please load and start before checkout if used.
No smoking indoors (allowed: vapes and e-cigs) Quiet hours: 11PM – 7 AM Please report any damages immediately. Trash bin located on patio. Curbside pickup is on Friday mornings.

The host was extremely understanding. She addressed any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Communication was great, The host followed up every message sent. I was visiting Statesville due to a family medical situation and this host just made my stay stress-free . Little touches like the welcome snacks and water were greatly appreciated after the long drive from NY. Thanks for sharing your getaway!!
