"Wir haben die Wohnung in einem eher schmutzigen Zustand vorgefunden. Sehr viel Sand auf dem Boden und auf der Couch, die Esszimmerstühle waren mit Krümmeln übersäht. Die lüchenfronten waren verschmiert und bekleckert.! Die Böden waren nicht gut gereinigt, da ist besser erforderlich! Kaffeemaschine war auch defekt. Nachdem wir selber Hand angelegt haben war es gut!"
