He goes above and beyond to look after my 12 year old son’s needs, who had autism. Life can be very challenging at times and Callum makes things much easier for us when we stay at the Village in Portsmouth. Thank you so much."

"Such a family friendly place. We had the penthouse which was huge and came with lots of amazing extras (I particularly like the decanter of sloe gin). Netflix etc on the tv was great, wifi was pretty good and our huge balcony was lovely. Yes, the decor is a little dated but it’s in keeping with a British seaside town and everything was spotless. The pool booking system in school holidays is brilliant, meant we had a private pool twice, fantastic bonus. Special shout out to Shannon on reception who was fantastic. "
