Enjoyable stay. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed use of tennis court. Let down slightly by tiny details. No staff behind bar (had to go and find somebody). Long wait for coffee at breakfast. Getting order wrong for room service. Nobody picking phone up for room service (had to ring Reception in the end…twice). Poor quality club sandwich from room service (bacon and chicken straight out of long stay in fridge!)

We had a garden room which was lovely. Large and comfy bed. Lovely large room and en suite. All the staff were all kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was well worth it and delicious. The leisure complex was well appointed, clean and a pleasure to use. I think that the only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the bar. It felt a bit of an afterthought and was uninviting which was a shame. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was extremely comfortable, clean and full of character, staff went above and beyond with every detail and extremely polite and helpful. The food was excellent and catered for everyone’s price and taste. The gym and pool facilities are well played out and clean. I can’t wait to visit again

We celebrated our anniversary at the Goodwood hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was very hot & sunny, but despite the heat in the reception and dining areas, the staff remained cheery and helpful. (The bedrooms are Air conditioned!) We enjoyed a drink outside at the Bar & Grill and felt that this could have been a little more attractive, but it certainly didn't spoil our afternoon.

The hotel is looking very tired. Shortage of sockets in the room for charging electronic devices. Service was good but not amazing. Ate at Farmer Butcher Chef and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall given the prices they charge at the hotel and restaurant it was not great. Chosen for the convenience of being on site for the Goodwood event we attended but we would likely not stay there again.

The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, the staff were hospitable and helpful. It was very welcoming of our dogs and the food was lovely. It was perfect for a mini break as both mine and my husbands interests were catered for. The Art foundation had a grest exhibition and my husband loved visiting the aerodrome and race track. We loved the spa too.

A nice stay

We stayed overnight and had a very comfortable stay. We booked dinner at the on-site restaurant and enjoyed the food (steak and aubergine dish respectively). The pool and sauna area was lovely. Breakfast (shakshuka and full English) was also delicious and a good selection of food.

Fantastic weekend away

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was huge and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing, with a huge spread and the ability to order a hot breakfast too.
